THE CONSULTATION

A Home Consultation is the very first step to your Staging process. Consultations provide you valuable checklists and an actionable report preparing you for what your home needs to show at its best from day one, giving you the most return on your investment.

During this walk through of the home, we carefully and professionally evaluate the home in its entirety and complete a consultation report that is provided to you at the end. In this report outlines recommendations for updates and repairs, pre-packing and removal of personal item requirements, a staging plan where recommendations of furniture removal and placement are outlined for you.

You conduct the recommendations given to you in your Home owners report.

A proposal will be provided for additional staging and pre-packing services for us to complete the tasks, manage what needs to be done & take the stress off you!
