Colour, lighting & window treatment suggestions
Measurements & photos are taken of the space
Valuable check lists, ensures you will be prepared & have reminders on hand in every step of the selling process
A fully customized and detailed report specific to your budget and your home. Which is provided to you after the consultation and highlights everything above and broken down into order of priority and importance.

As with every service, this is completely customized to your unique needs. You may need minimal items to maximize your space. This package includes renting some of the smaller accessories needed to enhance and showcase your property to its very best, with your furniture items.

Renting the accessories for a DIY staging process to enhance your home at its best may be the right fit for you.

Many individuals use this process when they don't want to source the smaller decor pieces themselves that are listed in the consultation report. Renting instead of purchasing may be a more cost effective route for you.
